1978 - 1989 -- Founder and partner with Kugle, Stewart, Dent and Frederick. Specialized in workers' compensation, personal injury and product liability, with offices in Fort Worth, Harlingen and San Antonio.

1975 - 1978 -- Private practice with McDonald Sanders Law Firm doing a broad general litigation practice, including insurance defense, commercial litigation, banking, and commercial credit.
